Contract ETL Developer / ERP Integration Consultant | Full Time | US Location
We are looking for a highly skilled ETL Developer / ERP Integration Consultant on a contract basis with strong experience in ETL development, data integration, and ERP systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with enterprise ERP platforms such as Infor, Oracle Apps, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Integrate data from multiple ERP systems and enterprise applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical ETL solutions.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines, mappings, workflows, and transformations.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting for data quality issues.
- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Support reporting, analytics, and data warehouse initiatives.
- Ensure performance optimization and adherence to data governance standards.
- Provide production support and resolve ETL/data integration issues.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in ETL development and data integration.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as:
- Infor
- Oracle Apps / Oracle ERP
- Microsoft Dynamics
- SAP
- Other enterprise ERP platforms
- Strong SQL and database development skills.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, ODI, Talend, DataStage, or similar.
- Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Experience in handling large datasets and complex data transformations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Oracle Cloud.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in finance, procurement, supply chain, or HR ERP modules preferred.
